The selling points for these $1,000,000.00 plus condos was location, the views and superior construction. Architectural cues were taken from classic Italian design and building materials were top of the line with large floorplans designed for a sophisticated audience with classic tastes. All branding materials were created with a nod to classic Italian architecture, shapes and fonts.
